Woke up from a full-nights sleep to make another attempt at catching the Super Bowl. We had tried the day before, but kept getting directed towards Cricket and Rugby games. So, Google updates it was.
Our hotel breakfast was amazing: great coffee, eggs, local fruits, and various delicacies to try. Then we were off to Chinatown.

We meandered through streets, saw an Instagram-worthy museum, a Buddhist temple, Hindu temple and mosque. We ate at a Michelin-Star restaurant for $7 (there was a beer involved to really hike up that price), and saw some really beautiful alleyways.

When you drive into KL, the sign says “A city of contrasts and diversity”. I, personally, have never experienced such diversity. There are so many layers of people and so many different agendas. I love it.
After a lot of walking, we came back to the hotel to rest and grab a Dusun Inan Massage, which were created to treat women that worked in the fields and needed remedy from back pain. Some cracks in the spine and calming oils later, I was ready to officially be on vacation.
And then, like that, we were back out eating; this time at a night market, which was chaotic, intense and so incredibly delicious. I could die tomorrow and would be happy with my last meal.
